Question about Exos X10 512E - 30197

Well, if that's what the manufacturer's website says, it's probably true. Digitec always writes 24 months as the basis for all products (Swiss standard for electronic items, as far as I know). Unfortunately, this is not always updated everywhere.

It is best to contact customer service and inform them about the length of the guarantee so that this can be clarified and adjusted if necessary.
