Question about Microsoft Surface Laptop

Question: Why did the same notebook cost 599 in April 2019 and now 859 instead of 999 - Who are you trying to fool here? I also wonder which products you are trying to profit from the ignorance of the customers in order to sell products that were initially offered at a low price as a "special offer" at a later date. Not amused guys! :(
