Oppo Reno 10 and Smartwatch work fine when paired with Bluetooth. E-sim was activated according to Galaxus Helpcenter and should run according to the information. Which is not the case (autonomous). It always says 'not registered in the network' Galaxus Mobile Helpcenter insists that everything is running. UHR in Bluetooth mode with mobile everything is fine, no problem making phone calls, only alone, without mobile no sign. Does anyone know the problem, what could be the cause?
