As far as I know, 4k is only possible with the Chromecast Ultra.

Costs, but is not too expensive (40 CHF). But it should be compatible with all devices and computers.
The quality of the stream even reaches 4K and it should be possible to transmit everything.
You only have to dock it into the HDMI port of the TV.
