Question about Samsung QE65QN85C

Please help - unbalanced volume on Samsung TV QE65QN85C I would like to ask for your help. I own the Samsung TV QE65QN85C and have the following problem: The sound is not balanced for movies and TV channels - especially dialogues are very hard to understand. To understand speech, I have to set the volume to level 12 or higher. However, as soon as there is an explosion or loud scene in the film, the sound is extremely loud and unpleasant. I have already tried all the settings: - Automatic volume adjustment - Adaptive sound - Two different Samsung soundbars with Night Mode Unfortunately, none of them solved the problem. My question: Can you recommend me a soundbar (not from Samsung) that delivers a balanced volume - whether for dialogue, film music or action scenes? Or do you have another solution to dynamically stabilise the volume? I simply want a balanced sound without having to constantly adjust the volume manually. Kind regards
