Original mailed to Galaxus This CC is to the Community Kenwood Kmix kettle delivered 29 May 2021 with a stupid EU-plug and an even more stupid CH-adapter. The combination of the two now blocks all three sockets on my wall-plate! WHY the stupid EU-plug? WHY is this stupidity not declared in your specification? WHY does the stupid CH-adapter direct the strain-relief & cable across a normal CH triple-socket to block the other two sockets? I've had similar undeclared EU-plug nonsense from Digitec. The next time I receive an UNDECLARED EU-Plug from either of you, the product will be returned and I will close my accounts with both of you. Chris
Usually, it is mentioned in the specifications if a product might come with a EU-plug and a Swiss power adapter. Unfortunately, there must have been a mistake on the product site with this product. We have made a request so this is changed asap.
