We have the same problem, the water tank fills up extremely quickly and there is no message that it needs to be emptied. We sometimes notice it because the laundry stays damp. We also have the problem that a lot of water accumulates at the bottom of the filters. The Bosch Service Centre said on the phone that water is normal there, but I sometimes have to clean out up to 2 litres by hand. Do you also have this problem?

I had the drain hose fitted by the delivery team in July 2021. At the beginning, I hardly ever had to empty the tank. Since then, I always have to empty it, except in the cotton programme, where some of the condensation water runs through the drain hose. I find it disappointing too!

Unfortunately, I can't tell you, because I haven't fitted a drain hose.
