Question about Seagate IronWolf
On the list (https://www.synology.com/en-us/compatibility), this 12TB hard disk is not listed for the NAS DS216j. However, other 12TB models are. Is the hard disk still recognised?
You need a DS216+ or DS216+II or higher, the DS216j doesn't recognise the disk, maybe a fireware update will help, but better check with Synology first.
