That's the usual Galaxus/Digitec scam: you tempt the buyer with a short delivery time and then the customer waits months for a device, which has ideally already been paid for in advance. When the customer complains, they point to the details of some external supplier. However, the truth is: 
1. it is the Galaxus/Digitec site that gives these details and Galaxus/Digitec is responsible for the content of these pages. No one else. 
2. if Galaxus/Digitec then sends mails to customers announcing a delay in delivery (usually when Galaxus/Digitec is already in default of delivery), then the homepage still says a short delivery time. The least that could be done in this case would be to correct the delivery time until all customers "in the queue" have been served. However, by sending an email to the customer, Galaxus/Digitec indicates that they are aware of delivery delays. The misrepresentation in the shop is therefore intentional.
