Note to all owners of the EvolvX. Anyone who has problems with the fan hub (fans cannot be controlled) and one with the production date 08/2018 (can be found on the back of the hub - green sticker) can contact Phanteks either via support@phanteks.com or rma@phanteks.com. After reporting the problem and providing photos of the hub, a new one will be sent to you within 1-3 weeks - ATM out of stock.

Thanks for the guy!

My Evolv X is also from the first batch. However, I only realised this with the FanHub this weekend, as the new board could control via PWM. I wrote to Phanteks support on Saturday and today I received confirmation that the replacement is coming.

Thanks for the info :-)

For me this problem occurs as follows, due fans can be controlled, but as soon as the speed reaches 100% it remains at this and they no longer turn slower.
