Netflix does not work on my new LG OLED55A19. The app does not appear in the menu and also not in the LG Content Store. I have already reset it to factory settings several times, and unplugging the TV and router does nothing. When the Netflix button is pressed on the remote control, "The app cannot be started, try again later" appears. I can log in to the web browser but playback is not possible. Software update has been carried out Version 03.15.41 Netflix works fine on the old TV, which is about 5 years old. Can anyone help me?
