My VMax R55 is as hard as a board. So no suspension at all and I weigh 80 kilos! Can someone explain to me how I can adjust the suspension? Greetings and thanks

The damping cannot be adjusted. Inside the suspension is a rubber bearing which is supposed to dampen the shocks somewhat by twisting. The rubber becomes softer over time, but the suspension remains hard. There are replacement rubbers which are softer and dampen more. However, softer damping can also be dangerous on a scooter, especially in fast curves.
