Samsung M378a1k43cb2-Ctd
1 x 8GB, 2666 MHz, DDR4-RAM, DIMM
My system has two RAM modules of 8 GB each (total 16 GB) with the specification M378A1K43DB2-CTD installed. Can I use this product with the specification ....CB2 instead of DB2 for the upgrade to 32 GB or will there be problems?
"My system..." is not described in detail (which device is it?):
Does the system have 4 slots or only their 2?
In the first case, 4 x 8 GB RAM is possible.
in the second case it only works with 2x 16 GB
if you haven't found a kit with 4 8 GB slots each and 4 slots can be installed in your system; then you have to ask SAMSUNG customer service via e-mail, because only Samsung Tech Support can tell you about compatibility ..... EXACTLY.... information. Under certain circumstances, the arrangement of the chips also plays an important role (space conditions).
No, do not mix, because
are built completely differently just in terms of appearance, usually with differences in quality, depending on the programmes used, malfunctions can occur.
Disturbances are also possible during booting.
Values in the tables are already identical, but that is only part of the specification and quality.
