Question about Microsoft Surface Book 3
My Surface Book 3 has now been in operation for almost 4 weeks. Unfortunately, the device keeps freezing completely. It freezes and can only be restarted by pressing the power button for 10 seconds. The device is also notably hot. I find this unacceptable for the 3000.- I paid! What can I do?

If I were you, I would open a warranty case.
The error description is insufficient. A freeze can be caused by a defective driver or a defective signature. This occurs especially when GPU acceleration is switched on in some browsers and many tabs are open. In my experience. Blaming MS or others directly in relation to the price is not justified. In 99% of cases, the fault usually lies before the keyboard. The technology only does what it is told to do. When my Surfacebook crashes, I've usually done something stupid that led to it. Of course, ignorance can lead to speculation, as the errors are then outside one's own knowledge. It usually helps to ask a colleague in your circle of friends, you will probably know some nerd. Otherwise, I would be happy to offer you my know-how in an evening.
