Question about Security with Backup 2.0 - 5631
My subscription for Norton Security 2015 still has 88 days to run. Is the ESD software activated immediately or can I determine the time of activation myself?
I have searched for answers for this question in the products, but have not found any. Earlier versions deleted the remaining subscription duration.... Now with this product I tried "extend" and got the following answer: " The days remaining in the existing subscription will be added to the validity period of the new subscription" If you want to be on the safe side, why don't you contact customer service
because I guess it depends on the existing subscription. Good luck.
I ordered my ESD licence 2 weeks ago from Digitec and installed it on the same day in the Norton portal. The licence starts running the moment I activate the first client.
