Question about SoFlow SO4 Pro

My SO4 Pro won't charge after only 30 km of riding. The light is green all the time. It does not go red and does not charge. Is there anything I can do? I've already written to customer service, but it's still annoying because I need the scooter. Especially because it's supposed to stay dry for the week.

Helpful answer

I noticed that the charging plug on the Soflow is very stiff. This could possibly be because you have not inserted the plug deep enough. Try pushing the plug in deeper with a little more force and a slight twisting motion until the lamp changes to red.

I actually jerked it a bit with a screwdriver. Now it's charging again. But that means that the part wasn't seated properly from the start. I can't try it out every time I load it. It's annoying.
