My robot vacuumed really well at the beginning. Now, after 2 years, it misses entire areas in corners or along the walls. I have already started a new mapping - but the suction result is still not the same as at the beginning. Should I try uninstalling the app or is there such a thing as resetting to factory settings?

My robot vacuumed really well at the beginning. Now, after 2 years, it misses entire areas in corners or along the walls. I have already started a new mapping - but the suction result is still not the same as at the beginning.  Should I try uninstalling the app or is there such a thing as resetting to factory settings?

Mine does exactly the same thing. Really tedious. Was also defective after a few months and had to be repaired. I'm not satisfied. Our predecessor without a suction station was much better. I'm looking forward to solutions.
