My Insta360 Nano worked until I wanted to do a FW update. Now it is constantly lit blue (LED) and nothing works anymore. Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

The Insta360 was replaced by Digitec - all is now well. The new one also took a long time for the FW update but now works.

I have never had any problems with this product, maybe delete the app and set it up again.
Ask the hardener or search on the Internet.
