Question about HP Envy x360 14-fc0742nz

My HP pen for the newly purchased notebook "HP Envy x360 14-fc0742nz" does not work. I can connect the pen to the notebook as an input pen via Bluetoth. However, the pen does not write on the display. (I can draw directly on the display with my finger). I have already checked a few things in the settings, installed new drivers, etc., but without success. Does anyone have experience with the pen for the notebook mentioned above?
