Personally, I get 0 noise from the casing.

I don't have this, try bending the fan cover very finely so that there is a little tension, this should eliminate the noise. (Unless it comes directly from the fans)

It is possible that the fans - if installed at the front - are not decoupled. I don't have this problem. I use Be Qiuet fans.

Hi, tighten the screws or check that the filter doesn't touch. Mine doesn't make any noise.
