Question about Xiaomi Smart Band 8
My daughter has forgotten her pin. So that she can reset it, the watch has to connect to the app. But this is not possible if she cannot log in to the watch. We haven't found a solution on the app. Can you help me? Merci and regards, Sarah

When the band is connected to your smartphone, press Device in mi fitness and scroll down. There you will find "PIN" under Security. You can reset the PIN right here

We had the same problem. You can reset the pin in the app.
