My computer still has Windows 8 but is pretty well equipped with i7 - 4790K CPU 4.00 GHz and 16 GB RAM, 64bit. Does the game still work?

So even more important than the good CPU, RAM, etc you have, would be important to know what graphics card you have. However, according to my information, at least Windows 10 with Anniversary Update is required for this game.
