Question about Stadler Form Oskar

My appliance is in operation for the third winter and I am very satisfied with it. I clean the unit regularly. Now it makes a noise, like a rumble, at irregular intervals. It stops and starts again after a few hours for several minutes. Is anyone aware of this?
