Question about Seagate BarraCuda

I put a 2 TB 2.5" drive in my PS4 and it works...(not from Seagate but Toshiba, but that doesn't matter as far as I know...).

It fits in any case, but I don't know if the PS4 recognises 2TB, I have installed the hard drive in a notebook.
