Mine often turns itself off. Does anyone have a solution/explanation? The auto-sleep timer is switched off. I have not recognised any specific circumstances in which it switches itself off.

Hello Ghosty
The off timer was already off, as was the eco mode.
Yes, I have an STB. But, when I use Smart TV (Youtube), it also happened that the TV just turns off after approx.15 min. Today I did the firmware update and will watch if the problem still exists.
Thanks for the answer.
Greetings

Hello Ladovina
If the TV receives a TV signal but you do not press any button within four hours, the TV switches off automatically to save energy. If the TV does not receive a TV signal or a remote control command within ten minutes, the TV also switches off. If you use the TV as a monitor or use a digital receiver to watch TV (a Set Top Box, STB) and the TV remote control is not used, deactivate the automatic switch off.
1 - Press Settings, select Eco settings and press (right) to open the menu. 2 - Select Switch off timer and press OK.
