Question about Microsoft 365 Single

Microsoft 365 Single (12 Mt., 1x, Windows, Mac OS X, German, French, Italian, English) I did get the digital key for this product. I had ordered this product for an English friend living in France. As she wanted English I thought it was a good choice. Unfortunately at the beginning of the installation the program asks me for the country and the default is Switzerland: impossible to change the country! The next question is the choice of language and the program offers me the 3 official languages of SWITZERLAND i.e. German, French and Italian. It is not possible to choose English!
