- Defective SIM or SD cards can block the system.
Switch off the device
Remove SIM card and microSD
Switch on and test the menu
-> If the menu now works:
Reinsert SIM/SD individually to find the cause
- Soft reset (forced battery restart)
A normal restart is often not enough.
Switch off the device
Remove the battery
Wait at least 5 minutes
Insert battery → switch on
- This completely empties the temporary memory.
