Medical health management available in Switzerland? On my s25 there is no medical management. I've been told that with the Galaxy watch it's possible.

Unfortunately, I can't find the settings on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra or on my Samsung Watch8. However, I have seen in the instructions that this function may not be available depending on the region....
