The manual only lists the distances from 80" projection, but I have not found anything about a minimum size. With less distance, a smaller image should also be possible without sacrificing quality.
Unfortunately, I cannot confirm this from experience. I use the beamer with a 92" screen.

I think 80" at 14cm wall distance is the minimum.
