Question about Ecovacs X11 OmniCyclone

Malfunction in the navigation module. Update 1.57.108. I unpacked the device yesterday, made updates and I can't scan my whole flat once. It works better when it only scans 1m², closes the map and then effectively carries out suction jobs, but even then it has navigation module problems from time to time. Do any of you know this? Could it be the DOA (dead on arrival)? I can't use it like this. Surface: white "stone slabs" in the kitchen, black carpet, parquet floor. It often has the error in an open environment, i.e. not on the wheel. I've tried it with different exposure levels, only daylight, no light....es always gets the problem.
