Question about Transcend JetDrive 850

Do you only want to replace the PCIe SSD from the Fusion Drive? Then the connection is already there. You only have to loosen one Torx screw. However, the existing SSD should be sufficient for fast booting. Wouldn't it make more sense to replace the 2.5" hard drive with an SSD? Or do you want to turn a standard drive into a Fusion Drive?

Didn't see a cable with the hard drive, but the Mini should have one... right?
