Unfortunately, I cannot connect the clock to the Wi-Fi. The smartphone is on the Wi-Fi and the password that has to be entered is checked and correct. The watch has Wi-Fi set to 'on' and you can also see the icon for Wi-Fi in the top left-hand corner of the display. However, a connection is never established. What am I doing wrong?
So I'm already deposited as admin incl. phone number, but my daughter can't call me.
For me, activating the Wi-Fi does not work either on the app or on the watch, the app always says the watch cannot connect to the Wi-Fi.
What language is the watch in?
We have the same problem. After entering the Wi-Fi password, the app always says 'The clock must be connected to the Wi-Fi'. The same message also appears when an incorrect Wi-Fi password is entered. So it is not obvious whether the clock is correctly connected to the WLAN or not. Does anyone have a solution for this?
As far as I know, the connection is first created via gsm/lte (in combination with the app on your smartphone), then set up wifi, so it should work.
Please check if your app (TCL app connect) is also connected to Wi-Fi.
