Unfortunately that is correct, the SIM slot has been deactivated on the software side, I have just had the manufacturer confirm this. It is possible that it will be reactivated by firmware updates. I have adjusted the

WRONG! The SOLIS shown here does NOT have a 2nd simslot. The old model (not the Solis) had one. The currently available device only has the SIM installed by the manufacturer and this cannot be exchanged or removed.

In addition to the "built-in" virtual SIM, there is also a SIM slot for classic SIM cards. However, the device only offers this option in the current version (this one).
