Question about LG HU80KSW Presto

Just received and plugged in. Beamer starts automatically and an error message appears (power only 03.00.07.01). Does anyone know how to fix this?

I don't know the unit, but based on the error message I would guess that the firmware/operating software is missing.
-> RMA.

Here it is described how to update the FW, but that does not work in this state.
