I've had mine since 05.05.2020 and now a year later the battery is no longer full after a full charge, as soon as I start driving there are only three bars. The 3min commute works great and then I can't get back, I have to get off and push on every small incline. At the beginning it worked great and I rode the route 4 times and sometimes with detours. Is this normal after a year?

This problem should be tyre hard. Pump with air. About 2.6 bar pressure. There are mobile battery electric air pumps. Because of rolling resistance it should be better or the battery will run out quickly.
