Question about Kibernetik M50
I’ve been using the device for some time now. Recently, a musty smell has been coming from it when I switch it on. Cleaning it hasn’t helped. What could be causing this?

It may be that fluff or dust has become trapped inside. You can remove the water tank and loosen the screws on the side and at the bottom of the appliance.
You can then take the two parts apart and clean the inside of the appliance with a cloth.
You are also welcome to send the appliance to us and we can carry out the cleaning for you, although this is not covered by the warranty.
