It's been over 2 years since I bought the product and it's taking more and more swivel movements between the base and the tablet holder. This is not normal. These 2 parts are fixed. Perhaps something can be tightened? I think the rubber should be removed but I'm afraid it won't hold afterwards. Does anyone have the same problem as me?

I've also had the stand for two years and I don't notice this with mine. Mine opens and closes very tightly.
