Ryzen 1600 (and all Ryzens I believe) fits an AM4 socket. I ordered one of these Arctic Freezers last year, and at that point it didn't support AM4 (although digitec listed it as being AM4-compatible). However, according to the Arctic Freezer site (
https://www.arctic.ac/ch_en...) they provide some widgets to allow it to fit AM4, which wasn't the case when I tried. So it seems they've updated the product to support more types of connector.
So you're probably safe with this. However, past versions of this cooler did not support AM4, so if you order it, I'd advise you check on the outside of the box that AM4 is listed before you open it.
