Question about Adobe Photoshop Elements 15

It says that it runs on both operating systems. If I install it on Mac, I assume that the licence will be used up. Can I install it later on Windows PC? I could always reinstall my APS 6 on the newer PC. Thanks for the answer!

Hi. According to Adobe you can install it on 2 devices - afterwards you have to deactivate it on one device to be able to install it again somewhere else. Here is the info:
