It is still unclear to me whether it should be the FHD with 300Hz or the UHD with 120Hz version. How does it look if you lower the resolution of this device, UHD version. Does the picture still look good at 1440 or 1080p and what refresh rates are then available? I have searched the internet and found nothing concrete, except for the statements Gamer - FHD 300Hz and Allrounder UHD 120Hz.

The displays are fixed at either 300Hz or 120Hz, so the resolution doesn't change anything. The picture on the 4K monitor is OK but why should you take a 4K monitor if you don't use it? I am absolutely satisfied with my 4k 120Hz monitor.
