Ist the GPU a 150+15W TGP? Does it have Gsync or Freesync? What is the brightness of the screen?

In addition, the information on Gsynch/Freesynch, both options are not possible and the brightness is specified by the manufacturer as 300 nits.

As for the TGP: It turns out that apparently only 125 + 15 W are possible. The casing dimensions also indicate that Medion's specifications are not correct.
