Please note that proprietary Samsung Galaxy features may not be supported by other smartphones. However, in general, the Galaxy Watch Active2 is compatible with smartphones running Android 5.0 or higher with at least 1.5GB RAM and iPhone 7 or higher with at least iOS 10.0. Use the Samsung Galaxy Wearable App (Android) / Samsung Galaxy Watch App (iOS) to connect the Galaxy Watch Active2 to your smartphone. Have a look if you can find and install the app in the store.
