Nothing was installed on the device, not even the operating system. Installing an operating system and then MS Office is not difficult - I installed Linux and Open Office, which is free, otherwise you can install Windows and MS Office, although you have to pay for that.
No, I have installed "Libre Office" because the computer has been given a Linux operating system.
