It says that a 1050 is installed supposedly with 4GB graphics memory, I thought the 1050 doesn't come with 4GB. So it should be the TI with 4GB. But which one is it?

Yes, Windows 10 Home is pre-installed. 

There is also a normal GTX 1050 (without Ti) with 4GB memory. This is particularly confusing with this model, where Lenovo offers all 3 different versions (i.e. 1050 with 2GB and 4GB and 1050Ti with 4GB). According to the article number, however, it is actually a GTX 1050 (without Ti) with 4GB.
