Is this the EU-45 version, i.e. with detailed maps DE-AT-CH etc.?

Yes, my TomTom GO Classic has exactly as it says in the specification, map coverage Europe whether that is EU-45 - no idea.
Hello HeinerA, I can agree with roseif's statement, but I can't check it as I had returned my device. With the "fixed" mounting on the windscreen, it was not practical for me.
I had the opportunity to buy the VIA 120 from TomTom.
The device can be removed from the holder, which makes it easier for me to enter addresses, as my TomTom is a lot further away and otherwise difficult to reach from a sitting position.
