Is this SLI bridge also compatible with the ASUS ROG STRIX GTX1070? If not, are there any other 3-slot SLI bridges available?

The SLI standard is always the same and it will work for GTX1070; but remember: Nvidia has stopped supporting SLI; only the old games will run; no new SLI profiles will be created.
