Is this RAM compatible with the Lenovo T440? My old RAM is defective.

Purely from the specifications, this RAM should work with the T440 models from Lenovo. According to the manufacturer, it requires slightly more voltage than the recommended memory https://www.galaxus.ch//product/5715976, but it should still work.
If you want to be absolutely sure, then take the linked RAM bar. However, I have also installed the HyperX RAM in a system where it is not on the compatibility list and it has been running perfectly for a good year.
