is this R1 or R2 ram ? What is meant is: is this singel rank or dual rank ?

That's hard to say, because with these modules you often don't know what the manufacturers are currently using. With the Kingston Fury Impact, we know 100% that it is Dual Rank.
Kingston FURY Impact (2 x 16GB, DDR4-3200, SO-DIMM 260 pin)
It costs a bit more, but it is Dual Rank.

As far as I know, CRUCIAL only uses MICRON chips. The two probably belong to the same company.
About the memory: Crucial CT16G4SFRA32A.C8FE -- 2x16 GB -- Week 27/ 2020
16 GB -- 1 rank -- 16 banks
for ACER Nitro AN515-43 . Unfortunately the RYZEN 5 3550H memory controller probably limits the RAM to
DDR4 - 2400. runs completely inconspicuous.
