I'll finish answering my question myself.
Yes, MSI has belatedly delivered the BIOS, but since then the processor has been outrageously expensive here, which is why I'm still waiting.

If MSI updates the bios of this mainboard to AGESA 1.2.0.7, you might be lucky.
