Is this power supply sufficient for the i7 6700k and 2x asus 980ti OC? both overclocked.

be quiet! Dark Power Pro 11 (1200W) for example. It's a lot more expensive, but 170 would have been pretty cheap for the power supply of a high-end computer like you're planning.

Arrive a good year late, but would say that's more than loosely enough....

just - technically it should be more than enough (powerdraw of the whole system should not exceed 600-700 watts but for a PC with a 980ti an 800 watt power supply would be recommended. That's why I would choose the 1200 watt variant if you're going to assemble such a killer system ^^

that's easily enough an 850 watt power supply would also do.
